Delivery, Returns & Exchanges

 

Delivery Information:

  • Free UK Shipping: We offer free UK shipping for orders over £150.
  • Click & Collect: Orders can be collected from our store on the same day if placed before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will be available the next day. Please present your order confirmation upon collection.
  • Gift Wrapping: Complimentary gift wrapping is available upon request. Please email info@aetla.co.uk or add a note at checkout.
  • Dispatch Times: For in-stock items, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days. Special or bespoke orders may take 5–6 weeks.
  • Shipping Methods: Orders within the UK are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery or FedEx, depending on the customer's choice.

International Delivery:

  • Free International Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders over £550. Delivery times are 3–5 working days for EU addresses, 5–7 working days for the US, and 7–10 working days for the rest of the world.
  • Customs Duties and Delays: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. You may be contacted by your local customs office to arrange payment before your order is delivered. Delays caused by customs processing are beyond our control.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the Royal Mail or FedEx website, depending on the shipping method chosen, to stay updated on your delivery status.

Packaging:

  • All orders are carefully packaged in our signature branded boxes, perfect for gifting or keeping your jewellery safe. We are committed to using eco-friendly materials wherever possible.

International Orders & Return Policy:

  • No Returns or Exchanges: At this time, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on international orders. All items purchased online and shipped outside of the UK are considered final sale.

UK Online Return Policy:

  • Returns Process: If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 14 days. Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Exceptions: Made-to-order items, resized rings, bespoke commissions, sale items, and earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please note that we do not exchange or refund any plated or coated earrings for hygiene reasons.

In-Store Purchases:

  • Exchange Only (Excluding Sale Items): In-store purchases can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided you have a receipt. Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
  • Earrings: We do not exchange or refund any plated or coated earrings for hygiene reasons, whether purchased in-store or online.

Exclusions:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items (final sale)
  • Custom and bespoke orders
  • Resized rings
