Bespoke Jewellery
Our bespoke service allows you to create a unique piece tailored specifically to your vision. The process begins with a consultation to discuss your design ideas, budget, and specific requirements, such as the need for particular gemstones.
Stone Sourcing Deposit:
If your bespoke design requires specific gemstones, a non-refundable deposit is taken upfront to cover the time and effort involved in sourcing the right stones. This deposit will be deducted from the final balance due, which is typically 50% of the total cost, once the stones are secured and the design is confirmed. Please note, this deposit remains non-refundable even if you decide not to proceed with the final piece.
Bespoke Design Deposit:
Once the stones are secured and the design is confirmed, a non-refundable deposit is required to begin the creation of your piece. If no stones are required, this deposit is the only one needed to start the process.
Lead Time:
The typical lead time for creating a bespoke piece is 8-12 weeks from the date of design approval and receipt of the deposit. This timeframe can vary depending on the complexity of the design.
Custom Orders
Custom orders allow you to personalise an existing design by altering elements such as gemstones or metal types. A non-refundable deposit is required for the customisation work itself, with a typical lead time of 6-10 weeks.
Special Orders
For items that are out of stock or require a specific size, special orders are available. A non-refundable deposit is required for the special order itself, with the lead time confirmed at the time of purchase where possible.
Ring Sizing and Adjustments
Complimentary Resizing:
If you purchase a ring from our existing collection and it doesn’t fit, we offer complimentary resizing (if the design allows) if we are alerted within 3 weeks of purchase (unless agreed otherwise).
Resizing for Bespoke Rings:
For bespoke rings made to an agreed size, any resizing requested after purchase will incur a resizing fee.
Resizing Limitations:
While most rings can be resized, certain designs may have restrictions due to stone setting type, finish, or structure. If resizing is needed, we'll address any potential limitations and discuss solutions to ensure your satisfaction with the final product.
Additional Resizing:
If resizing is required beyond the complimentary service, a fee may apply. Please contact us for more details.
The Process
1. Consultation:

2. Stone Sourcing:
If necessary, a non-refundable deposit is required to source specific stones.
3. Design & Creation:
After stone approval or design finalisation, the bespoke or custom process begins with a deposit.
4. Lead Time:
Typically 6-10 weeks, depending on design complexity.
5. Completion:
The final balance is due upon approval and collection of your piece.
6. Resizing and Adjustments:
Complimentary resizing is available for existing rings within 3 weeks of purchase. Any limitations or additional resizing fees will be addressed as needed.
